St. Gabriel School is a Lasallian School sponsored by the DeLaSalle Christian Brothers and assisted by a lay board.
This board will advise the Brothers in the areas of finance, development, faith formation, marketing and education.
St. Gabriel School Excels in creating a Christian centered environment, encouraging the students to actively participate in their education.
The students are encouraged to engage in various types of worship and praise; such as, liturgical services, Christian music and ethnic dances.
We provide opportunities for students to receive one-on-one remediation in math and language through Title 1 services.
Students are challenged to read and encouraged to develop their writing by journal entries.
St. Gabriel School is a Catholic school that follows the philosophy of St.
John Baptist De La Salle. Our school is located within the Diocese of Brooklyn.
Our vision as a LaSallian school is to know each student as an individual and to touch each student's heart with kindness.
We feel it is essential to spread the message of Jesus and to follow the teachings of Jesus in order to be a living example for our students.
