Lowcountry Preparatory School, a coeducational, PreK through 12th grade program, provides an ideal learning enviornment, educating students in mind, body and spirit, to become ethical leaders in a global community.
By cultivating meaningful connections, implementing enriching experiences and providing a secure and supportive environment, we are preparing our students to impact a changing world.
We challenge our students to become informed, bold, resourceful, resilient, and compassionate citizens.
School membership affiliations include: Cognia, Advanced Placement (AP), and Southern Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA).

The Lowcountry Preparatory School community functions as an extended family that shares the goal of educating caring, responsible, and resourceful young people for the challenges of a complex and changing world.
Ours is a school of small learning environments (avg. 12-15 students) that foster curiosity and active participation. We offer activities, teams, and clubs, that allow every student to find a niche where they can participate, lead, experiment, and grow. We require student participation in community service initiatives to encourage awareness and understanding of life in our broader world.
