1. Submit the application materials APPLY ONLINE (preferred!): Click  to submit an inquiry form. You will receive an email with the link to the online application. Once you create an account, your info will be saved so that you can begin the application and return to it as needed until all parts are completed. APPLY IN THE OFFICE: We have folders with the applications materials ready in the office for you to pick up during your school visit, which consists of Application Form, Release of Student Information for grades 1-8, Copy of most recent report card along with a copy of your child's birth certificate and the $25 application fee. 2. Student Visit After we review the application materials, we will contact you to schedule your student's visit. The type of visit will depend on the grade you are applying for: Pre-K 3 and 4 = Informal meeting. For incoming Pre-K 3 and 4 year olds, we will schedule a time for you to bring your child to All Saints for us to meet them. Kindergarten = Assessment. 15-minute assessment of student readiness for Kindergarten.  Grades 1-8 = Shadow Day. Typically, your child will shadow at their grade level for the morning (9am to 12pm), and participate with the class so both your child and our staff can gain an understanding if ASCA is a good fit. 3. Acceptance and Registration The Principal will review all of the application information. We will contact you to let you know if your child has been accepted. Once accepted, you must submit the registration fee to hold your child's place at All Saints Catholic Academy: $150 for 1 student, $175 for 2 or more. Upon receiving the registration fee, you will be provided with the needed information to complete registration. All Saints Catholic Academy has a rolling admissions policy. All Saints Catholic Academy accepts students of any religious, racial, and ethnic backgrounds.
